The Shreveport Police Department is actively searching for a repeat offender identified as Tony Carver, who is currently wanted on two felony warrants for theft.

Officers were dispatched to the Dollar General located at 2520 Martin Luther King Drive in response to a report of ongoing theft. According to the complainant, Carver has been observed stealing from the store on multiple occasions. Surveillance footage from the store was reviewed, and officers were able to positively identify Carver based on previous encounters with him.

A review of Carver’s criminal history revealed two prior convictions for theft, qualifying him as a habitual offender under Louisiana law.
