Bossier Parish Fire District #1 units were called to Taylor Bend Street in the North Merrywoods Subdivision for a vehicle on fire inside of a garage on June 1 just before 12:30pm.
First arriving units found the vehicle fully engulfed with heavy extension into the home. It took units approximately 15 minutes to bring the fire under control.
Three engines, one rescue truck, one EMS unit, and two Chief Officers responded. No firefighter or civilian injuries were reported.
