The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit has arrested a 17-year-old North Caddo man in connection with sexual offenses involving a juvenile, according to Sheriff Henry Whitehorn Sr.

On February 10, CPSO Detective Roosevelt Thadlock initiated an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse involving a minor in Caddo Parish. During the course of the investigation, detectives identified Bryce Armstrong, 17, as a suspect.

Following interviews and the collection of evidence, Armstrong was arrested and charged with misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile and pornography involving juveniles.

Armstrong was transported to the Caddo Correctional Center, where he was booked on the aforementioned charges.

The investigation remains ongoing.
