The Parish of Caddo and Employee Council recently rolled out the red carpet at the annual Employee Service Awards. It was a great celebration as the parish recognized employees for reaching milestone years of service.
The following employees were recognized for reaching 25 years of service: Donald Boyd, Darlene Cooper, Anthony Johnson.
