
I-20 shooter Amanvir Singh was captured and booked into Caddo Correctional Center.
Caddo Sheriff’s detectives investigated a shooting that left Gurpreet Singh Judge, 36, deceased on I-20 in Greenwood on April 23.
Two drivers were seen arguing outside their vehicles on the westbound onramp at Exit 3. One was driving an 18-wheeler and the other was driving a dark-colored SUV.
The driver of the 18-wheeler was seen trying to flee on foot before he was shot by the driver of the SUV. On May 2, the SUV driver was identified as Singh, 34, of Flowood, Mississippi, and extradited to Caddo Parish with assistance from Mississippi law enforcement.
Singh was booked into Caddo Correctional Center for second-degree murder on a warrant obtained by Caddo sheriff’s detectives.

Caddo Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a shooting that left one man dead on I-20 in Greenwood, said Sheriff Jay Long.
Around 10:15 this morning, two drivers were seen arguing outside their vehicles on the westbound onramp at Exit 3 in Greenwood. One was driving an 18-wheeler and the other was driving a dark-colored SUV. Detectives say they believe the argument may have involved a case of road rage.
The driver of the 18-wheeler was seen trying to flee on foot before he was shot by the driver of the SUV.
He was pronounced deceased on the scene. The driver of the SUV left the scene headed westbound on I-20 towards Texas.
Harrison County officials have been notified of the suspect vehicle’s description. There is no further information on either the victim or suspect at this time.
