The Shreveport Police Department is seeking the public’s help in finding Flora Jean Thomas, reported missing on January 13, 2024. Thomas, struggling with mental health issues, was last seen in the 4000 block of Rose Street wearing a purple “Moms on a Mission” t-shirt, black leggings, and possibly black Sketchers shoes. She is 5’3″ tall and weighs around 150 pounds.
