Local law enforcement responded to an assault and battery call at a retail store on November 30 around 7 p.m. The incident involved 19-year-old Fabia Goode, who allegedly attempted to shoplift items from the store. When confronted by store employees, Goode reportedly deployed pepper spray, leading to a violent altercation.

The situation was managed by responding officers, assisted by an off-duty Caddo Deputy, resulting in Goode’s apprehension. She now faces charges including two counts of aggravated battery and one count of felony theft.
