Repairs are complete to the pier at Earl G. Williamson Park in Oil City. The pier reopens for public use at 6 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1. Caddo Parish thanked the public for its patience while repairs were completed to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for park users.
