Caddo Parish Public Schools is introducing a new payment system for school-related fees beginning with the 2026-2027 school year.

The district announced it will launch SchoolCash Online, a digital payment platform that will replace PaySchools Central as the primary method for handling school payments.

Beginning June 1, parents and guardians will begin receiving auto-subscribe emails with instructions on how to create and access their accounts.

District officials said the platform will allow families to view fees, make payments, receive reminders and manage school-related transactions in one secure and centralized location.

Caddo Schools is encouraging families to monitor their email inboxes and complete the setup process in advance to ensure a smooth transition ahead of the new school year.
