Shreveport Police arrested TaBrittany Anderson after she bit and scratched a store employee during an incident at Super 1 Foods in the 700 block of Shreveport-Barksdale Highway.

Officers say Anderson confronted the employee, bit them on the hand and scratched their face before fleeing. Using security footage, police identified Anderson and located her at a residence on Burke Street, where she was taken into custody without incident.

Anderson has been charged with Simple Robbery and Simple Battery. Officers also discovered she had 13 outstanding traffic warrants.

The employee sustained minor injuries and is expected to fully recover.
