Four of the top five local high school football teams in the Shreveport-Bossier Journal Top 10 will square off in two pivotal games this week to wrap up the regular season.

That will help the poll voters sort out their final top 10s of 2025 next week, not to mention settle the District 1-5A championship (Evangel hosting Parkway) and second place in District 1-4A (Northwood at Loyola).

Northwood’s shutout of Minden and Calvary’s relative struggle (38-20) against Green Oaks slightly adjusted some poll rankings.

The Falcons traded places with the Cavaliers. Green Oaks moved up a spot to ninth.

Booker T. Washington’s rout of Southwood vaulted the Lions back into the Top 10.
