Caddo Parish Parks and Recreation is teaming up with Axom Development for a special P.A.R.K.S. Focus Group Event — and they want to hear from the kids.
On Saturday, Aug. 23, from 10am to 2pm, at the David Raines Branch of Shreve Memorial Library, local youth are invited to share what “fun” means to them and help shape the future of outdoor recreation in Caddo Parish.
These opportunities will be arranged by age groups. The time period for different age groups is as follows.
- 6–7 yrs: 10–11am
- 8–10 yrs: 11am–12pm
- 11–14 yrs: 12–1pm
- 15–18 yrs: 1–2pm
There are only 6 spots per group; registration is based on first-come, first serve. A $20 incentive will be provided.
