The Shreveport Police Department is actively seeking the whereabouts of Dewayne Kirkendoll Jr., a Black
male (DOB: 11/12/1993), who is wanted on one count of Sexual Battery involving a victim under the
age of 13.

During the course of this investigation, the juvenile victim participated in a forensic interview at the
Gingerbread House Children’s Advocacy Center. During that interview, the victim disclosed the details of a
sexual assault and identified Mr. Kirkendoll as the perpetrator.

As a result, on July 9, detectives with the Shreveport Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for
Dewayne Kirkendoll Jr. for the above-listed offense.
