The Bossier Arts Council has announced that it is ARTini Month. But before that, BAC has plenty of fun events to enjoy with the BAC this June.
Later this week, on June 6, BAC will be hosting two Opening Receptions for new artists coming to their galleries. In the East Bank Gallery they will be hosting the Impressed by Derek Sarvis Opening Reception and in the Virginia Cook Gallery will be the The Inner Realms by Dyra Turner Opening Reception, both set from 6pm – 8pm.
There will also be Club Meetings this month, including the Shreveport Photographic Society, as well as a LifeShare Blood Center Pop-Up with their neighbors at Flying Heart Brewing & Pub – Bossier City.
ARTini 2025: On The One! is set for Saturday, June 14, at Live Casino & Hotel Louisiana. Tickets are for sale on Eventbrite for a night of art, music, and cocktails. Come and support their 15th Annual Fundraiser.
Another celebration happening in the East Bank is with their friends at the Bossier Council On Aging. They’ll be celebrating 50 Years of Service with food, music, games, and more. Check them out on Monday, June 16, from 10am – 12pm for FREE.
Finally, BAC is excited to host First Class Dance Academy this June 21 for their Spring 2025 Recital, “Soaring On New Heights.” Tickets are $15 with two showtimes, 1pm for ages 2-7 and 5:30pm for ages 8 and up.
