The Shreveport Police Department is actively searching for two convicted sex offenders who are currently
wanted for failure to register in accordance with Louisiana state law.
Jamie Collins, born August 24, 1968, is wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender following a
conviction for Aggravated Rape. Collins is classified as a Tier Three Sex Offender, which requires lifetime
registration. He has a history of non-compliance, with four prior convictions for failing to register as a sex
offender.
James Reagan, born May 9, 1953, is also wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Like Collins,
Reagan was convicted of Aggravated Rape and is required to register for life. He has one prior conviction for failing to register.
The Shreveport Police Department takes these violations extremely seriously. Sex offender registration laws are in place to protect the public, and individuals who fail to comply pose a significant risk. Studies have shown that sex offenders have a higher probability of reoffending, making strict enforcement essential.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jamie Collins or James Reagan is urged to contact the
Shreveport Police Department at 318-673-7300 or Caddo Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373. Callers may
remain anonymous.
