The Shreveport Police Department has arrested 40-year-old Michael Parker following an investigation that
began in March 2025. Parker was accused of assaulting three juvenile victims, prompting an in-depth
investigation by detectives with the department’s Juvenile Crimes Unit.

As a result of the investigation, Parker now faces multiple serious charges, including two counts of
molestation of a juvenile, two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile, and one count of sexual battery.

With the assistance of Shreveport Police Department Warrants Officers, Parker was taken into custody
without incident early on the morning of April 24. He has since been booked into the Caddo Correctional Center and will face the listed charges.
