Shreveport Police Sex Crimes detectives have arrested Zachary Tatum (DOB: 11/03/1999) on one count of Second-Degree Rape in connection with an incident that occurred in January 2025.

Following a thorough investigation, detectives obtained a warrant for Tatum’s arrest on April 1. He was
taken into custody by Sex Crimes detectives earlier on Wednesday without incident.

If convicted, Tatum could face up to 40 years in prison, per Louisiana law.
