The Arc of Acadiana Northwest broke ground for residents facility in south Bossier on Wednesday, March 26. Representatives from the Arc and regional dignitaries attended the ground-breaking ceremony. CEO Cindy Lelux and Director of Program April Lee offered remarks for the Arc and remarks were also given by a list of local leaders and well-wishers. The group included Mayor Tommy Chandler, Senator Alan Seabaugh, Representative Dennis Bamburg, and Shane Cheatham of Gov. Landry’s office. Also present was Lisa Johnson, Police Juror Keith Sutton, and Councilmen Hammons and Smithsonian.
