Chief Gibson and Lt. Parker were patrolling in the 7000 block of Winburn Drive on Thursday, March 20, and saw a woman sitting at the end of a driveway crying. They made contact with her and determined that there had been a domestic violence situation.

The woman’s live-in boyfriend was walking up the street towards her and the officers. Officers Williams and Hopkins arrived on scene. After an investigation by the officers, the man was arrested for False Imprisonment and Domestic Abuse Battery.
