The Shreveport Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a female suspect involved in a theft at Panera Bread, located at 1705 E. 70th Street.

The suspect is accused of stealing a purse belonging to an elderly patron while inside the restaurant. Shortly after, she began using the victim’s credit and debit cards to make unauthorized purchases.

SPD urges anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of this individual to come forward. Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards for information leading to an arrest, and tipsters can remain anonymous.
