The Louisiana Department of Health lifted the boil advisory issued on Feb. 4 for customers in the following areas: 2500 Block of Kemp Lane, 2600 Block of Kemp Lane, 1300 Block of Audrey Lane, and 2600-2700 Blocks of Circle Drive.
The samples collected and analyzed from this area were shown to be absent of any coliform bacteriological contamination. After receiving the analytical results, an official of the Louisiana Department of Health approved the rescission of the voluntary boil water advisory.
Those customers may now resume the normal use of their water supplied by the City of Shreveport
