The Caddo Parish Employee Council Christmas Toys for Tots Drive is underway.
The Council invites the public to donate to their effort. New, unwrapped toys can be dropped off at Government Plaza on the 8th floor (505 Travis Street) or any Parish of Caddo facility through Dec. 5
