CPSO announced that Sheriff Henry Whitehorn, Sr. won the Cedric L. Richmond Victory Award at the True Blue Gala and Awards Ceremony held in New Orleans, LA, on Nov. 23.
The keynote speaker was Kentucky’s Governor Andy Beshear, who also presented the award to Sheriff Henry Whitehorn, Sr.
CPSO praised Sheriff Whitehorn and expressed hope that he receives many more accolades in the future for his work.
