Seven of the 11 local qualifiers in the LHSAA football playoffs have advanced to the bi-district round Friday with unbeaten Airline, 10-win Northwood and defending state champion Calvary set to play at home Friday aiming for quarterfinal berths.

First-round winners Byrd, Evangel, Huntington and Loyola will hit the road for their second-round matchups.

Evangel (6-5, No. 18) at Alexandria Senior High (10-0, No. 2)

Loyola (7-4, No. 10) at Leesville (8-2, No. 7)

Select Division III

De La Salle (6-5, No. 14) at Calvary (8-2, No. 3)
