- Hines, Carl – DWI 1st Offense, Obstruction of a Public Passage
- Marshall, Timothy – DWI 1st Offense, Hit and Run
- Melvin, Jonathan – DWI, Hit and Run
- Nguyen, Vinh – DWI 1st Offense : Para, Lails VIs Rotting Aest
Chief Smith and the SPD DWI Unit want to remind citizens that if they choose to drink and drive in Shreveport, there is a strong likelihood that they will be caught and arrested. The department stresses that many fatal vehicle accidents involve impaired or drunk drivers.
