At their Work Session Meeting on Aug. 5, the Caddo Parish Commission honored 13-year-old soccer star Jeffrey Batiste Jr. from Walnut Hill Middle School for his exceptional talent and achievements. Jeffrey showcased his skills in Rome, earned MVP honors, and proudly represented our community on the international stage.
