Located on Shettleworth Bayou where it empties into Cross Lake, Richard Fleming Park is a 15-acre park providing two boat ramps, a 60-foot dock, paved parking area, handicapped-accessible fishing pier, handicapped-accessible restrooms, bank fishing access, picnic tables with grills, pavilion, playground, and a large open field with two soccer goals. Visitors can also enjoy a short nature trail alongside Shettleworth Bayou.
