Shreveport Citizens United holds rally

Shreveport Citizens United hosted its first rally today aimed to minister to the needs of at risk communities across Shreveport.

This first event was held at Lakeshore Middle School in the Queensborough neighborhood. It started at 10 AM and ended at 2 PM and over 150 neighbors were treated to music, activities, and lunch.

Community liaison officers were honored to be able to join SCU for the event and used their time to build relationships with neighborhood adults, children, and teens.

It is through grass root efforts like these that the SCU will be able to decrease crime and revitalize the city.
