Central Park Elementary Principal Dr. Vicki Younger welcomed the family and friends who attended the ceremony. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by A’laiya bell and the introduction to the ceremony was conducted by Central Park Elementary SRO Anthony Hinderberger.

 

Bossier Schools Asst. Superintendent Andrea Spinney spoke to the students about the importance of making good choices and was followed up by Capt. Adam Johnson who spoke about the importance of following the lessons learned from the DARE program.

 

The DARE essay winners were Ava Feaster, December Jackson, Gabriella Epps, and A’laiya Bell.

The Daren the Lion Award winner was Granda Martinez.
