Caddo DA First Assistant Laura Fulco swears in Stephen Folk-Cruthirds as Assistant District Attorney, First Judicial District. Folk-Cruthirds is a native of Ruston. He attended the University of New Orleans, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, and Southern University Law Center where he received is juris doctorate. He comes to our office after serving as a clerk at Jones-Walker Law Firm in New Orleans, and serving as an Attorney at the Caddo Parish Public Defender’s Office. We are excited to welcome Stephen aboard!
