A student at Calvary Baptist Academy was arrested on April 5 for making threats involving school safety, according to Caddo Parish Sheriff Jay Long.
The school’s resource officer, Corporal Derek Owen, was notified of the student’s threats on social media, and an arrest was made.
After further investigation, Detective Ray Saunders arrested the student for Menacing. She was booked into Caddo Juvenile Detention Center.
