Nominations now open for 2024 40 Under Forty Awards

Nominations have officially opened for the highly anticipated 2024 40 Under Forty Awards, showcasing the brightest talents in Northwest Louisiana. Launched by the Young Professionals Initiative of North Louisiana (YPI), this prestigious event celebrates individuals under 40 who have made significant contributions to their companies and communities.

Running until Friday, May 10, at 5 p.m., the nomination process seeks to identify entrepreneurs, executives, managers, and professionals who exemplify leadership and innovation. To be eligible, candidates must be under 40 years old as of July 31, 2024, and reside and work in Northwest Louisiana. Previous recipients of the 40 Under Forty award or Young Professional of the Year accolade, as well as Chamber employees or past Chamber award recipients, are ineligible.

Winners of the 40 Under Forty Awards will be recognized at the 18th Annual Gala on Friday, December 6, at Sam’s Town Hotel & Casino. The selection process prioritizes individuals who demonstrate outstanding achievement, experience, vision, and community involvement.

The event is organized by YPI, an organization dedicated to fostering a network of young leaders to promote the development and retention of young professionals in the region. YPI’s efforts contribute significantly to the economic growth and vitality of Northwest Louisiana.
