The Shreveport Police Department, led by Chief Wayne Smith, were actively seeking Daniel Bartlett, 39, in connection with an ongoing investigation into a report of child pornography. Detectives from the Shreveport Police Sex Crime Unit obtained a warrant for Bartlett’s arrest for obstruction of justice.
