On January 30, the Shreveport Police Department successfully apprehended 24-year-old Jatorius Scroggins and 30-year-old Jacobi Parker in connection with the shooting incident on December 19, 2023. The suspects are now facing one count each of second-degree aggravated battery. The victim, who suffered a gunshot wound to the lower body, is expected to make a full recovery.
