Starting January 2, 2024, the Caddo Parish bridge on Jefferson Paige Rd will shut down for reconstruction by the Caddo Parish Department of Public Works.

This reconstruction aims to bolster safety and durability for motorists using the bridge. During this period, a detour will be in place, redirecting drivers to Pines Rd, Jolly Napier Rd, and S. Lakeshore Drive.

The construction is expected to last approximately 90 days, aiming to enhance the bridge’s infrastructure for safer travels along this route.
