
On November 8, 2023, at approximately 8:40 PM, officers from the Community Response Unit attempted to contact a suspicious male on a bicycle. Despite initial attempts to evade law enforcement, the individual, identified as Delvin Presley (8-6-81), was successfully detained.
Upon arrest, it was discovered that Presley, a convicted felon, was in possession of a firearm.
Subsequent investigations unveiled a myriad of charges against him, including one count of possession with intent to distribute schedule two narcotics, one count of illegal possession of a firearm with CDS, one count of possession of schedule one narcotics, one count of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, one count of resisting an officer, and one count of violating a protective order.
