The Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission will host its annual 5/10k & Fun Run on Saturday, Sept. 16 on the Old Autumn Breeze Trail through the historic South Highland neighborhood. Race starts at First Baptist Church Shreveport at 543 Ockley Drive. This event is friendly for both runners and walkers.
All proceeds from the race will go to The Shreveport Bossier Rescue Mission’s Life Recovery Program which helps homeless men, women and children break the cycle of homelessness and poverty by giving them the tools needed to become self-sufficient.

**Packet Pick Up: Thursday, Sept. 14 from 12-6 pm at Sportspectrum, located at 6970 Fern Avenue and Friday, Sept. 15 from 10 am – 5:30 pm or race morning at the race site starting at 7 am.
