Caddo Parish School District’s Caddo STARS (Students Teaching Academics and Responsibility through Sports) Program is underway and it’s giving high school students with an interest in becoming a teacher and a coach, strategies to excel in those career fields. The students will put those skills into practice by coaching elementary students at a summer camp and will continue that mentorship throughout the school year.
