Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office Lt. Tony LeBlanc, Field Operations Manager for the Caddo Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Preparedness, recently conducted a safety awareness seminar at the Highland Center.
Lt. LeBlanc spoke to 30 business partners who run their operations from the center. The discussion revolved around natural disaster risks that are prevalent in northwest Louisiana. He also discussed strategies for staying safe in the event of an active shooter.
Sheriff Steve Prator says this is just one of the many valuable services the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office provides to the residents of Shreveport.
