Calvary is the only local team ranked in the Week 10 Louisiana Sports Writers Association Top 10 voting.
The Cavaliers (8-1) maintained their No. 2 ranking in Class 2A.
Loyola (6-3) is the only other local team getting voting support, on the verge of returning to the Class 3A Top 10. For the second straight week, the Flyers lead the “others receiving votes” category with 24 points, 10 more than last week.
After previously-winless Natchitoches Central spoiled Haughton’s unbeaten season last week, the Bucs dropped out of the “others receiving votes” Clas 5A listing.
