Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office welcomes seven new deputies and dispatcher

The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office welcomed seven new deputies and one dispatcher during a swearing-in ceremony led by Sheriff Julian Whittington.

The ceremony took place in the Sheriff’s Conference Room at the Bossier Sheriff’s Command Center in Plain Dealing, where each new employee took the Oath of Affirmation and officially began their service with the agency.

The seven new deputies are Chris Collelo, Chole Easom, Dixie Hatfield, Nic Jimenez, Delvis Ruiz, Kobe Sanders and Cliff Young.

Abbey Wilkin also joined the Sheriff’s Office as a dispatcher, supporting emergency communications and public safety operations.

Sheriff Whittington congratulated the new employees and offered encouragement as they begin their careers with the department.

“We are proud of each of you for taking this important step and choosing a career of service. We look forward to seeing what you accomplish. You’ve taken the first step, and now the real work begins,” Whittington said.
