The Louisiana Association for the Blind recently held a ribbon cutting to celebrate an exciting new chapter for the organization.

The organization thanked everyone who attended the event, including Mayor Tom Arceneaux, the Bossier Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce, board members, HAND Construction, Newman Marchive and the NIB.

The Louisiana Association for the Blind expressed gratitude for the support of its community, partners, friends and guests who continue to believe in its mission.

The organization said the event marked new beginnings, new opportunities and an exciting future ahead.
