The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office is assisting the Bossier City Police Department and Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office with an ongoing search for a suspect believed to be connected to a reported carjacking in Bossier City.
The suspect also reportedly escaped Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office custody from Ochsner LSU Health in Shreveport.
During the overnight hours, Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies established a perimeter and conducted searches in the area of Highway 80 and I-220, as well as nearby businesses and locations. Additional information was developed during the search, and detectives and crime scene personnel were requested to process a separate location where suspicious activity was reported.
The suspect was identified as Trevion Jackson, a Black male born May 14, 2002. Jackson is approximately 6 feet tall and weighs 150 pounds. He was last known to be wearing a white shirt, green shorts and white tennis shoes and has tight braids in his hair.
Jackson is considered dangerous.
The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office advised the public not to approach or attempt to make contact with Jackson if he is seen. Anyone who sees an individual matching the description should call 911 immediately and provide the location and direction of travel.
The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office said it was making the public aware of the activity as the investigation continues and encouraged residents to remain alert and report any suspicious activity to law enforcement.
