
Investigators with the Shreveport-Caddo Financial Crimes Task Force are investigating multiple bank fraud cases involving fraudulent withdrawals and fake identification.
Through surveillance footage, cooperation between several agencies, and facial recognition technology, investigators identified Mark Dickson (DOB 04/18/71) and Tonya Pratt-Clifford (DOB 01/09/79) as suspects. A third female suspect has not yet been identified.
Dickson is currently in custody at the Caddo Correctional Center and faces multiple charges involving fraudulent identification.
Investigators have obtained multiple arrest warrants for Pratt-Clifford, including Bank Fraud, Identity Theft, Attempted Identity Theft, and Forgery. Investigators believe she and the unidentified female have left Louisiana.
