A large group of recent Bossier Parish Community College baseball products produced at a high level this spring at the NCAA Division I level, earning all-conference recognition, postseason honors, and new opportunities through the transfer portal.
• Tyrus Hall – West Virginia
Batted .279, with 7 home runs, 38 RBI, 20 stolen bases and made the Morgantown Regional All-Tournament Team and the College World Series All-Tournament Team
• Jacob Gillis – Ball State
Hit .312, with 8 doubles, 10 home runs, and 48 RBI, and earned first-team All Mid American Conference honors. He entered the transfer portal and signed with Texas State of the Sun Belt Conference.
• Dylan Biddick – University of New Orleans
Batted .316, rapping 13 doubles, 12 home runs, and posting 37 RBI with a .440 on base percentage. He signed with Super Regional participant Arkansas-Little Rock via the transfer portal.
• Jaden Bahl – McNeese
Threw 40 innings, posting 47 strikeouts, a 2.43 ERA, a 2-1 record, and one save. He transferred to TCU.
• Garett Blanchard – McNeese
Went 3-3, pitching 41 innings with a 4.35 ERA.
• Hayden Stringfellow – McNeese
Batted .294 with 11 doubles, 6 home runs, and 44 RBI.
• DJ Pinkerton – McNeese
Hit .277, collecting 12 doubles, 4 home runs, 29 RBI and signed with UT-Rio Grande Valley of the Southland Conference via the transfer portal.
• Parker Gwyn – University of Central Arkansas
Batted .312, with 14 doubles, 6 home runs, 33 RBI, and13 stolen bases. He led the team in doubles and hits (68).
• Emil Estrella – Indiana State
Hit .309, ripping 14 doubles, 9 home runs, and collecting 42 RBI while posting 20 stolen bases. He was honorable mention All-Missouri Valley Conference for the Sycamores.
• Zander Bretza – Ball State
Threw 26 innings with 31 strikeouts, earned 3 saves.
• Brando Leroux – Florida Atlantic
Graduated as a three-year starter with career stats including a .265 batting average, 25 doubles, 9 home runs, 87 RBI.
• Kam Edwards – Lindenwood
Graduated as a three-year starter and posted career stats including a .282 batting average, 24 doubles, 9 home runs, 67 RBI, and 45 stolen bases.
The Cavaliers continue to build a strong pipeline while competing at a high level in the region. With another group of signees, proven player development, and a winning season complete, BPCC baseball remains one of the most productive junior college programs in the area.
