Shreveport Police file over 4,400 additional CSAM charges against suspect

Investigators with the Shreveport Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit, working alongside the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, filed 4,427 additional counts related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) against Jeffrey Lambing on Monday following an extensive forensic examination of multiple electronic devices.

According to the Shreveport Police Department, if the total number of charges holds, the case may be one of the largest child sexual abuse material investigations ever conducted in Louisiana.

Police said each count represents evidence involving a real child who was victimized.

The department said its ICAC investigators remain committed to identifying offenders, rescuing victims, and ensuring those who prey on children are held accountable.
