A local man faces child endangerment and desertion charges following a domestic violence investigation and the discovery of two outstanding warrants, Shreveport police said.
Demarcus Graggs, 36, was arrested after an incident Monday, June 8. Investigators charged him with one count of domestic abuse battery with child endangerment.
During the booking process, authorities discovered Graggs was also wanted on two outstanding warrants for child desertion stemming from a January incident. In that case, police said two children were left unsupervised inside the SporTran bus terminal.
Graggs was taken into custody and charged in connection with both the domestic dispute and the previous desertion warrants.
