A service celebrating the life of Mrs. Ruthie Buggs will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Galilee Baptist Church located at 1500 Pierre Avenue, Shreveport, Louisiana 71103.

Family will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Galilee Baptist Church.

Mrs. Buggs will be laid to rest following the service at Carver Memorial Cemetery located at 498 Keenie Road, Shreveport, Louisiana 71106.
