Residents in Caddo and Bossier parishes can expect a stretch of warm temperatures and mostly dry conditions through the weekend before rain chances begin returning early next week.

Partly cloudy skies move in Friday as temperatures climb to around 90 degrees. Mild overnight conditions are expected Friday night with lows remaining in the upper 60s.

Saturday is expected to begin mostly cloudy before gradually becoming partly cloudy during the afternoon. Temperatures will stay warm with highs in the upper 80s. Saturday night will remain partly cloudy with lows falling into the lower 70s.

Rain chances begin increasing Sunday as mostly cloudy skies develop across the region. Forecasters are calling for a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon hours while highs remain in the upper 80s.

By Monday, unsettled weather becomes more likely as mostly cloudy conditions continue throughout the day. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms is expected during the morning before rain chances increase during the afternoon. High temperatures will remain in the upper 80s with a 50 percent chance of rain.
