Patricia Ann Cotton, age 78, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2026.
Born on May 3, 1947, she lived a life full of love, laughter, and spirited energy that touched everyone who knew her. She was known for her quick wit, her spunky personality, and her ability to keep those around her smiling and on their toes. Her presence brought warmth and joy into every room, and her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
She had a deep love for art and found joy in painting and drawing, especially red birds, wolves, magnolias, and horses-each piece reflecting her creativity and the beauty she saw in the world around her.
She is now reunited in Heaven with her beloved parents; her two brothers; her son; her grandson; and her great-granddaughter-welcoming her with open arms.
She leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her always: her daughters, Tami Morgan and Anna Cotton; her grandchildren, Chris, Destini, Kailey, Kelsey, and Caiden; and her great-grandsons, Rune, Morgan, Ember, and Mikes who were all a source of immense pride and joy in her life.
Her passing was unexpected, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the incredible doctors and nurses who worked tirelessly to care for her and provide comfort during her final hours. A special thank you to the nurses and aides at The Glenn, whose love and compassion meant so much to her and to our family.
A celebration of her life will be held privately with her family at a later date.
The family asks that you simply honor her memory by sharing kindness and laughter with those around you-just as she always did.
She was deeply loved, and she will never be forgotten.
